When we rise in the morning, we usually have a pretty busy day ahead of us. Our travels, activities and work allows us to cross paths with many people. People who are lost and will go to Hell without a Savior. A gospel tract may be the simple thing that could change their whole lives around. This morning, I drove to a local service station to get gas for my lawn equipment and car. It was 7:00 AM. The station was teeming with busy people getting their day started. I was able to give out ten tracts in just a few minutes to people pumping gas nearby. All in the time it took for my gas tank to be filled. They all took them cheerfully and most thanked me for them. All I say to them is, "Here's an interesting story about a young girl that I thought you might enjoy". Then I walk away. Most actually start reading the tract while they pump gas. As I drove away, a young woman was reading it. What a blessing.

Reaching around the world with the gospel isn't as difficult as it may seem. We heard from Jeremy who is a young man in India. He sent an email explaining the blessing he received from a Kristin tract. Jeremy's parents were visiting the United States. While they visited they stopped at a Wal-Mart store. They purchased a Bible at Wal-Mart, and returned to India with that Bible among the other treasures they purchased while visiting America. The Bible was a gift for their son, Jeremy. As he opened his new gift to read, he noticed that a small yellow pamphlet was tucked among it's pages. As he ready the tract, he dedicated his life to Christ. Jeremy's email to us asked us to express his gratitude to whoever left that tract in that Bible. He said he would be eternally grateful.
We don't know what impact a small Kristin tract can have. We don't know where they will travel, but since it contains the word of God, He promises that His word will not come back void. |
